IMHO, this is one of the shortcomings of the Loews Hotels in Orlando... the only hotel with balconies, patios is PBH. Even then, I believe it's only about 6% of the rooms that have them, so chances of snagging one are a bit on the slim side.
No, actually they offer patio/balcony rooms in a bayview room and deluxe rooms and certain suites and possibly the gardenview as well, I just havent stayed in one of those. They are different sizes too and some are standing only. The patio we had once was nice and spacious. Like Jodie said, there are so few that chances of getting one at check in is slim. I wish they would have designed their onsites with balconies!
Balconies are available at PBH in a limited number of bay view and deluxe rooms. Ground floor garden view rooms, bay view rooms, and deluxe rooms have patios. Three of the six Villa suites have balconies the length of the suite. Two hospitality suites have garden view patios. A couple Portofino suites have ground floor bay view patios. The two Gov. suites and the Pres. have balconies.
