HP exclusive offer

Info on Universal site not too clear. We are looking to book the 4 night, 3 day HP with the 2 breakfasts but the site is not very clear on the hotel. We want to upgrade from Cabana Bay to Royal Pacific. This is changing our plans because we were only going to go for 3 nights but now decided to add the fourth but is the exclusive offer still valid? We are travelling mid August

THere's nothing really exclusive about this offer. You can have your two breakfasts on your own, you don't need a package. You can simply book your hotel through Loews or the Universal website and get your tickets wherever you want. They are cheaper at undercovertourist.com than at Universal.

I'd actually just have breakfast at the hotel and have lunch or dinner at the Harry Potter restaurants instead. Breakfast is just breakfast. Nothing too special.
