I'm on schedule! I as a surprise got the night off so rather than staying alone with the hubs we're going to my sister's tomorrow to eat with her and my mom... so I fast cooked the turkey breast I had on Sunday as soon as I found out (It was very tasty and herby!) and using what I'd already bought I offered to bring three sides tomorrow: Spicy broccoli gratin, roasted sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans, and roasted root veggie mix. The last two are so my hubs has some healthy things to eat. He's on a low cholesterol and low salt diet and my family is known for buttering prebuttered rolls then extra cheese on everything. Not exactly healthy fare.
Already steamed the broccoli and layered my pan, shredded my cheddar, and hubs did my veggie chopping. In the morning I'll roast everything and make the sauces!
