How young for a child's first trip?

We took our first at 3 months(February, no worrying abotu excessive heat), we enjoyed it..she was happy, but she would have been happy at home too. LOL I don;t pretend that trip was for anyone but DH & I.
WE went again when she was 10 months and she had lots of fun, liked the characters alot, loved running around and swimming.
Her trips later on-at 13 mos, 19 mos, 3 years, 4 years, as well as my son at 1 and 2 years are the trips where they were really into it and had a great time.
The trip where my kids were 3 and 1 was actually the best trip we ever had.

My little one was 5 months during our March trip. He really was fascinated by everything!! He laughed at the characters, adored IASM, and basically enjoyed everything. I found it pretty easy to tote him along (easier than the other two) because he wasn't walking or even crawling, wasn't eating solids regularly, and could sleep anywhere!! It was wonderful to see "The World" through his eyes!! I'm hoping to go again right after he turns 1.

DS#1 was 3.5 yrs old first time we took him - he had a blast of a time

DS#2 was 5 mos old when we took him first time - he slept a lot (no surprise) but loved some of the rides like Winnie the Pooh, It's a Small World, Living with the Land, Pangani Forest Exploration Trial etc.

We took our DD the first time when she was 7 months old. She crawled for the first time there! She will be 4 in June and has been there 5 times with 2 more trips planned this year.

You just take your time and work around the naps. Each time we had many memorable experiences.
