Do you think the bullets after section 2 apply to section 1?

I would guess that they did, but it IS ambiguous.
 
I would say so..they are in a different place then the ones above it...very tricky..but i guess it safe to assume it applies
 
I believe that set of bullets apply to both #1 and #2.

I think only DISH TV knows which section they really apply to -- and that's the way they like it!
 
Very tricky wording. It looks to me like the first part says you get two receivers, one of each (although the words "a combination" imply you could get two DVRs, I doubt that's what they meant. It would have been better to say "one of each.") But the second part sounds like you can get two without the DVR, or just one with a DVR. The words "up to" in the first part are confusing the issue, too.
