How would you do this? POP rooms, free dining pin code holder leaving early

We are a family of 11, but we need 4 rooms (not 3 as you would expect) at POP due to gender/family makeup. We cheerfully reserved them as "room" only. Then Mr. M got free dining pin for December - our dates, so lucky! So Mr. M can reserve up to 3 rooms with free dining... yea! So, for Disney's system we put all 11 people into the 3 rooms (so all can have free dining) and then simply get a separate "room only" to spread out in (our 4th room). Here is question #1: what name do we use for the "room only"? All of our 11 names are already being used in the 3 "free dining" rooms. Is it okay for one person to have *2* rooms in their name?

However (and here is our dilemma) Mr. M (pin code holder) and wife and daughter are leaving 2 days before the other 8 people. These 8 would LOVE to continue free dining! Is there a way to make this work?

This is like mental gymnastics for me, I really appreciate any ideas you have!

Thanks, Barbie

As long as the pin holder is there at check in it shouldn't matter if he checks out early or not. As for the 4 room, I think that I would wait to see if a general public code for free dining is released so that you can spread out. Either that or call and explain to the CM what is up. They may just add another room onto it and keep the free dining for you :) Ask to speak with a supervisor if the cm says that they can not help you. There should be a way....good luck!
