We are traveling next summer with my in-laws. We are staying off site and my mother-in-law will be renting a scooter from an outside company for the time that we are in Orlando.
In her everyday life she doesnt' use a scooter but will occasionally use a walker of a cane if she is feeling unsteady. There is no way that she could walk at Disney for any length of time.
How does the scooter work while you wait in line? Does she stay in the scooter through the line and then get out and get in the ride vehicle? I'm thinking that there is a seperate line for scooters maybe. My concern is that she would have to stand and wait in the line and she physically can't do that.
If she has to wait seperately, do most rides let you meet up with the scooter user and ride together? I'm sure that we'll use fastpass as much as possible but I just don't want her to sit out rides that we have to wait in line for.
Thanks for your help.
