2 day- Toy story Pizza plannet we always stop here once on every trip.

For day 1, would you consider yak and yeti for lunch?
Also, the rainforest cafe does not accept the dining plan.

Keep calling to see if something opens up earlier for chef mickeys.

Yes, keep calling for Chef Mickey's!!! Good luck!

Day 1 you could go on over to the AK lodge and try Boma (great buffet, TONS of choices, including lots for kids). Depending on what time you get to the lodge, there is a thing in the lobby where they play music and have all kids march around with instruments. Your older one might like that. Also, you can go look at animals with night vision googles when it gets dark.

Rainforest Cafe is not on the dining plan, and it's very loud. However, we did have an okay meal there, and a really fun waiter. I'd still pick Boma over it, though. Jiko (also in the AK lodge) is DELICIOUS as well, but it's 2 table service credits.

Thanks thus far! I just talked to hubby, he says restaruantasuras is pretty much non negotiable as our 5yr old would be over the moon on it.

oh thank goodness I inquired with ya'll on the rainforest!

Just curious if you know what Restaurantosaurus is? It really is just a glorified mcdonalds. I am not sure how your 5yr old would be that impressed.

All of the others plans look good. I also suggest the Boma for dinner on your AK night. You also need to make ADR for lunch at Tonys.

Hi...my DD and your DS share the same b-day, but she was born in 1999.

One thing I notice is that on Day 3, your MK day (and their birthday!) you are eating TS meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If that works for you, great. But for us it would be way too much food and too much time away from MK. Some days we do a breakfast and a dinner TS and we're not even hungry for a snack in between, forget another TS lunch. We always do an 8:05 breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace and are just stuffed for hours and hours afterwards. Just something to think about.

we bought deluxe dining plan.... so we have plenty to use... but also I need the sitting time, cause I have heel spur and am in constant pain, plus being with a 1 yr old who will need downtime, its the rest I'll need to for not only the foot, but also my meds I need to take.

And from what I have read, it no longer serves McDonald's food...just the regular Disney versions of hamburgers, fries, etc.

We did lunch here before and it was okay but nothing at all exciting. They were very busy that day and so we had to sit outside in the hot sun anyway and not in the cooler indoors.

Day 1: I am trying Donalds Breakfast Buffet on my trip too.
I would do Flametree BBQ or Yak and Yeti for lunch. The board
is right about restaurantosaurus, I am assuming your son
is a dinosaur fan and it will be disappointing for him.
Rainforest is not on Dining plan so I would switch it to Yak and
Yeti or shoot over to AKL and do Boma or Jiko.

Day 2: Lokks good to me. We are trying H&V for breakfast on our
tripp too. Toy Story Pizza Planet is good. I have not tried
Sci Fi Dine yet but we are going to, I think it looks fun.

Day 3: Looks great. Crystal Palace is grea. Tonys looks good. Keep
for Chef Mickeys someone might cancel or move their ressie.

I would say that if you are going to do 3 sit downs in one day, I would keep your dinner reservation a little later and try to space out the other meals as much as possible. You are going to be eating at some good places and it would be a shame to get to Chef Mickeys and be too full to enjoy it or not eat very much.
