How to Transfer Spira??

my sister brought me a spira from her trip. She was told by the CM she could xfer the amount to a disney gift card balance. Looking at the spira there is not an actual gift card number. how do i do that?

There is a number - you have to uncover it by scratching off the squiggly-lined tape. Or, check the purchase receipt - the gift card number is printed there.
