My dedication to being healthy seems to come and go. Currently I'm in the I love it phase and am wondering how you all keep that going year round. I really enjoy running at the moment but it may just be the honeymoon phase. I'm afraid my motivation will fade AGAIN. I need to stay on it because I've still got more weight (40 lbs
) to go. So help me out here. How do you stay on track? Especially when you don't want to?
