How to sign up for dining plan?

We are active duty and will stay at Shades of Green in Dec. Can we sign up for the dining plan? I can't find the dining plan only without hotel, is that because you can't get it by itself?

Unfortunately, you have to be staying at a Disney resort to get the dining plan. SoG doesn't qualify.

With the exception of Disney Vacation Club points reservations, the Disney Dining Plans can be booked only as a component of a package reservation including a hotel stay and usually theme park tickets as well (annual passholders can book the package without tickets). The only hotels eligible are those owned and operated by Disney - which Shades of Green is not.
