How to Replace AP Cards?

I bought APs for me and my 2 kids last summer. By the end of our trip, our paper passes were pretty much mush, despite trying to keep them dry in our lanyards. How do we go about replacing them? What info/IDs do I need to provide? Thanks so much!

Just go to guest services with photo ID for the adults. My ap is about 8 years old and doesn't look much different from when I got it.

I know this...you cannot have them mail you a new one. They won't do it. You have to go to Guest services once you get there and get yourself a new one printed.

My husband cleaned out his wallet and accidentally threw his away. And his is the kind that gets you free parking, mine is not. SO we are still going to have to pay for parking when we get there because he doesn't have a pass printed out yet.
