How to renew DVC AP?

Our DVC AP expires around Sept 18 and we arrive Sept 21. What is the best way to renew? I can't find anywhere to do it online. Do I call Member Services or WDW directly? Is there a special AP phone number?

I would rather pay ahead of time thinking it would save time speed up the process. Will I have a voucher or will call number for pick up? Only at a park window or DTD Guest Services?

To renew on-line, you need to have the passholder affiliation on your MDE profile then can access the passholder website where you can pre-pay for the renewal. You can also call MS. Pre-paying really won't save you much time as you still need to go to a Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location to complete the renewal.

It took less than five minutes to renew our DVC APs at the Guest Services window at the International Gateway entrance last year.

It is actually faster for us to process a renewal at a ticket (or Guest Relations) window in person than it is to process one where the person has gone through will-call. If you are getting a DVC-priced AP (new or renewal) be sure to have your Member Card with you at the time.

I have always called Member Services, renewed my AP and they gave me a confirmation number. 99% of the time, we are at either BCV or BWV so I go to the ticket area at International Gateway. I give them the confirmation number and they print the pass. It never has taken that long.

Ok I finally got my DVC membership linked with MDE, which was a problem as to why I couldn't see the DVC renewal rate online.

I am going through the steps to renew online, but it doesn't ask specifically anywhere whose pass I am renewing. Now I thought you could only renew within 30 days either way of your pass or is that not true. I just want to mak sure I am doing this right.

Basically I am purchasaing a general DVC renewal certificate and I wil present it with my expired DVC annual pass when we get down to Disney in Sept. Right?

You give them the confirmation number or your printed certificate for the renewal, your DVC card and your driver's license. They will print it from there.
