I have our plans ready now so I can make our ADR on September 17, the 90 day mark. We just plan what days we want to go to what park, taking attendance for specific days into consideration. We split most days into two parts, spending most of the day at a particular park and then back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner and evening. We spend most evenings at Epcot, DD, or the Boardwalk. Having several dinners at Epcot somewhere between 5:00-7:00 pm depending on which days we're doing
MVMCP, or Illuminations, or Fantasic. We love the World Showcase at night and never walk through during the day.
We never go to parks for Early Entry and only take advantage of evening hours on shorter trips. Nothing is written in stone and feel it makes for a longer, more tiring day trying to stay in a park from 9:00 am until closing, so it really doesn't matter to us when the parks close.
Here is a sample of our plans for this December 15 - 23.
Thursday - arrive 6:30 pm - Dinner at Boma's (our hotel)
Friday - MK - Dinner 7:00 pm/Le Cellier Roam around world showcase
Saturday - MGM - Dinner 5:00 pm Prime Time 50's - Fantasmic
Sunday - AK - Dinner 6:00 LTT - MVMCP
Monday - Resort in AM/ Epcot in PM - Dinner 6:00 pm San Angel Inn - Illum
Tuesday - US/IOA - Dinner at City Walk
Wednesday - BB - Dinner 7:00 pm Wolfgang Puck's Shop in Downtown Disney
Thursday - Sunrise Safari - Park Marathon (we always try to hit one or two favorites at each park on our last full day - Dinner at Chef de France
Friday - Lv for home (boo hoo)
Hope this helps a little.
