how to mail to resort?

Can someone tell me what I need to include on the outside of the package to have a box mailed to the resort. TIA

I didn't put the arrival date on my package. Regardless, it was in my room when I opened the door.

I heard on another thread of guests being billed a handling charge at some of the resorts. I would call the resort and find out if it's permissable prior to shipment. I'd be a little tiffed if they threw a thirty dollar bill my way.

Well i'm sure all they have to do is look up your reservation to get it. But to make it easier i'm assumining that is why I was asked for it. The CM told me they only hold it for a certain amout of time. Which I am not sure how long that is.
