How to get to Universal

We're a family of four first timers staying at WDW and wouldl like to spend a day at Universal. What is the best way to get to and back from Universal?

You might want to post this on the transportation board. Are you driving? If not, I know a lot of the towncar companies have fixed rates between WDW and UO. That might be a good way to go depending upon how many of you there are. Or cab, but they might not take 4, or, I think Mears does scheduled runs, but a lot of people don't like waiting for Mears, and, since they charge per person, they might be more expensive than a towncar.

Anyway, you take I-4 East towards Orlando. There are a bunch of signs all over WDW property that will lead you to I-4. I made a web site to show people what it looks like.

Are you driving or not? If you aren't driving you will have to use some sort of bus or taxi service. I cannot help with that. I always have my car. I do know that a taxi can be pricey.....
