How to get my exercise..

I have found the best way to get my exercise in. Drink lots of water!! I swear, I am walking to the bathroom every 20- 30 minutes, and then getting up to refill my bottle! Oh well, whatever works. Just hear me go WOOSH!!!
 
I don't know if it'd get me to the 1000 minutes for the month of August, but there are some days that I swear I'll be fired for being away from my desk soooo much!!!! LOL
 
LOL!!! I can relate! I've often thought about calculating the distance from my desk to the bathroom and my desk to the water cooler, just so I could figure out how many miles all this water-drinking adds to my day! :p
 
LOL BT99!!! I think I could add another hour a day to my exercise going back and forth to the bathroom. Not to mention the constant raising of the glass. Good exercise for the biceps! :laughing:
