My 3 friends and I are planning a trip to WDW to celebrate graduating high school. Me and two other of my friends are totally excited, but one is convinced she hates disney world. (She hasn't been there since she was five...she's obviously delirious.)
I'll just use some initials to avoid confusion lol.
M- Me
A- Disney Lover #1
T- Disney Lover #2
R- Reluctant Disney "hater"
Me and A and T have tried telling her how amazing WDW really is. But R is one of the most stubborn people you will ever meet. "Disney won't make me look good. It won't put nice clothes on my back. We'll be spending money on nothing." (yes, R has actually said that
)
We have had a few get togethers to start talking about the trip. We've shown her youtube videos of rides. We took her down disney memory lane. We have no idea how to get her to realize what a great place WDW is.
And, we are not going to force her to go. If worse comes to worse, we will tell her if she's not going to TRY to have a good time, I know someone else who wants to come (but can't because we can only afford a studio room that fits 4) and she won't come.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help her reconsider? A, T, and I really want her to go. We have been like the four muskateers and do everything together. R is willing to go, but she's not very happy about it.
