How to get a DVC member lanyard?

I have finally given into the fact I need to wear a lanyard for tickets, FPS, etc. I have seen a few DVC member ones. CAn I get one or were they a one time giveaway?

Iwas fortunate enough to have mine given to me by a very nice CM at HHI. However, when I wore it to WDW, I had several fellow DVC members approach me and say "You must have gone on the cruise-I can tell by your lanyard." So perhaps that's the only way to get one (other than Ebay, of course).

Oh people actually want things like that? Maybe I can put mine up on ebay. I have never sell anything, how much can i make? So exciting I feel like I am on Antigues Roadshow.

You can only get the DVC Lanyards on the members cruise. Which makes no sense, but if you ask yor guide he/she may get one for you. That is what we did.

Actually, any DCL cruise - or rather, we got ours on a non member cruise, left in our room with some DVC "Best Kept Secret" pins. We didn't even go to the member event.

You can only get the DVC Lanyards on the members cruise. Which makes no sense, but if you ask yor guide he/she may get one for you. That is what we did.

Actually the thick DVC Member lanyards come on the regular cruises. We got ours delivered to our room in the DVC Captains Log book.

On the Members Cruise they have special lanyards that are more like a bolo tie with the Member Cruise medallion on them.
