How to get a accessible room

Just wondering if someone could tell me if there is a way to guarantee a handicapped accessible room. I want to stay in the Fort Wilderness cabin, but can't unless I get one of the accessible ones. Is there a special reservation number to call or a direct email I should use? TIA

Hi MUNUMom,

There is a number to get a HA room, call Special needs at 407-939-7807. Actually the CM at CRO is suppsed to call them while you are making the ressie and get is listed with them automatically, but you can call them directly.
