How to find our guide

Thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier question. I think we're going to buy AKV direct from Disney in 2 25 point contracts. Now.... how do I find out who my guide is? Can someone pm me the number for speaking to him/her? We bought resale so I have no idea who was assigned to us.

I would just call Membership Administration through the MS number. I think there is a prompt for that extention when you call MS.

When you call, ask and they will tell you who your guide is, their number, and even offer to connect you.

You can call the sales center at 1-800-800-9100 and they can redirect your call to your guide.

You will also usually get periodic correspondence by mail and email from your guide.
