How to change address for APs?

Hi,

I am trying to change the address on my APs, since we recently moved. I would also like to change the name on mine to my new married name.

I called the AP hotline (407-560-PASS), but the answering message just sends me to the Reservation line. The CM there said she could not change my info, and transferred me to Ticketing. The CM there said I should speak to the AP hotline. She transferred me, and I ended up at Reservations again. ARGH!
