How to buy painting from Art of Disney Store

We visited Orlando a few weeks ago and I really want to buy a painting from the Art of Disney Store at Downtown Disney painted by Darren Wilson. How is this possible? Seems very odd they are no where to be found online! Is there any way to find this stuff online? Thanks!

The DisneyStore.com sells some items from the parks online, but it's a very limited selection. Your best bet is to call Merchandise Mail Order and see if they can help you.

Phone: 877-560-6477 (Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm ET).

You can also email them to see if they can help you find the SKU for the items and the price. You can't place the order via email, but it can be helpful to have the info before you call.

I guess I'm just kinda shocked at the lack of customer service as it relates to this.

I've called that number above several times, after 30 min on hold each time I have hung up. I have called back and hit different options and left messages for someone to call back. Nothing...

I have sent that email address several emails, with no response...

I have emailed Disney customer service several times using different "departments" on the website... not one response...

I have tried numbers that I have seen listed as the numbers for the actual stores, no one answers...

I just want to buy some paintings (which arent cheap!) and I guess I'm going to have to give up!

Does anyone know anyone specific to try and contact to try and buy a painting from the Art of Disney Store?

this time of year it's hard to get through - if you don't need it for Christmas I would call after the holidays and you'll get right through

I'm also amazed that Disney does not have an on-line store so you can buy items from the Art of Disney store. We always stop in here at least a couple of times on every trip. We bought several prints of Darren Wilson's on our last trip. I've been looking to buy a few more but the Disney Store is very limited on his stuff.

I agree. The staff are so very helpful and friendly when you are in there, but it is the phone department that tends to fall short. I had very specific artist and print names, and if you are in any of the parks they can pull up a binder to reference them, but I'm guessing customer service doesn't have access to that on the phone so it turns into a hit or miss situation.

U can get the direct number for any gallery from the managers usually to order. We have a lot of Wilson's and have called to see what new ones r out when not down the parks.

I wouldn't bother with the merch dept number for paintings.

Get the direct number from a manger next trip.
