I be at WDW in August so I thought I would spend this Forth of July figuring out our Nikon to get the perfect firework shot.
Here are my specs for my first night out shooting:
Camera: Nikon D90
Lens: Tokina SD 11-16mm
Exposure: 0.2 sec (1/5)
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 13 mm
ISO Speed: 800
remote shutter trigger
Tripod
I thought I was getting great shots on the normal fireworks:
My problem came when the grand finale came and there was too much light.
Now this was at one of the Midwest largest firework displays so maybe Disney's grand finales won't be as concentrated. Would you change the exposure right before the finale?
Thanks for your help! Two days before the next fireworks to shoot.
