My mom had my baby brother during the blizzard of 78---She and my dad had to walk to the hospital because the car was buried and the ambulances couldn't make it down the streets! By the time they got to the hospital his head was already out which wasn't good because they found the cord to be wrapped around his neck---She jokes about how she was still wearing one snow boot and her winter jacket when he was born!
