How soon do you pack?

How far in advance do you pack for a trip (to WDW or other?)?

I started putting things away about 2 weeks ago and just put the last of my clothes in the suitcase for Thursday. Of course I still have my girls stuff to pack and the last minute stuff.

Night before. The days and weeks before we go are just tooooooooo hectic because of my condensed work schedule to worry about packing

Usually a few days before.....I leave Tuesday afternoon (right after school), so I started packing today.

I started about a month or so ago. But the things I packed are extras I always have packed away just for trips and some of my summer clothes I knew I wouldn't wear. I did the rest of my packing today since I leave early in the morning

the night before! if i start to pack too early i run out of clothes to wear!!

There's some stuff I keep in my DVC bag, like the rain ponchos, my Mickey socks (I have 7 pairs!), slippers. Then we have a freedom bag from QVC that we don't unpack, it has toothbrushes, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. I check it before a trip to see if anything needs replaced. I throw some things in the bag the week before if I think of it, like we're going Friday, I put my camera, film & batteries in already. I kept the tops & shorts I plan to take on a rod on the closet door in the spare bedroom, I didn't pack them away with the rest of the summer stuff. If I think of things, I'll start throwing them in, but the majority will be done Thursday or Friday morning.

I don't pack for anything until the day before. If I do I always end up digging something back out!!!

T-shirts, tennis shorts, underwear, bathing suit, socks, toiletries...............and I'm ready to roll ..........

I start packing little stuff about 2 months or more before I leave. I pack the larger stuff within the 2 weeks before any trip. I normally have everything packed 2 days beforehand. I keep a packing list of everything I need to pack and I check it off as I go. Saves a lot of trouble for my OCD mind.

I usually start putting things together any time i think of it! If I know i won't need a particular item I put it in a carry on bag and leave it there. about a month before I go I check to see what is there and then either say thats enough or will wait until it gets closer. but for actual packing of suitcase I pack it the night before we leave as we have to have the family pet out of the house or she will hide.
But its easy as everything I need is all together It just has tobe pput into the suitcase and at that time I will either add or subtract any items.

I start packing whatever I can as soon as I make my reservations. That makes the trip real for me and keeps me excited as I keep adding things to my suitcase, then the day I leave I get to pack the last of it and I'm off to enjoy my vacation!

Ummmmmmmm,er, there's no NUDE bathing allowed at WDW, JTB. Soooooooooooooo, you should pack suits for Craig and yourself or risk arrest by the DISCON or WDW security forces.

As for underwear, I wouldn't want to embarass any WDWers with any protruberances.......
