How should I apply

Hello I am planning on going to the college program for fall 2011 and i was wondering if i should just watch the video presentation and turn in my application early or wait a few months until they come to my college.

If I were you, I would watch the presentation online and submit your app. now. That way, you will have an earlier interview date and more roles open to you.

There are only x number of role openings, period. The longer you wait, the fewer openings there will be, as they've already been sending out acceptance e-mails and letters. If you wait, the odds of getting the role you want, or even any role at all, drop severely.

The first sentence is true.

The second- not so much. They don't extend all of their positions all at the beginning. they spread them out and allocate them so that people who go to the campus presentations at the end have opportunities too. they can't go to a school and not offer anyone from that school. doesn't make sense from a business point of view and it would probably piss the school off.

You will see a bunch of people who were told they are "pending" and they may get a final status update anytime from when they are told they are pending and December 10.

One of the reasons people are given a pending status is so that all of the spots aren't filled early on.

If you're planning on applying for Fall 2011, the applications that are up now are for Spring 2011, so if you apply now and get accepted it will be for spring. Not sure if that was what your original question meant or not, but just something to put out there.
