Just back from 3/1 -3/9 at the CR. We had 3 rooms for 11 people. My mother is in a power chair so I had requested ground floor, close to the tower, connecting/adjoining rooms. I made the requests when I made the reservations a year in advance, and then I called in person 3 days in advance. This was my mistake - I didn't put them in order of importance! We checked in around 7pm (I had told them we would be checking in late), and they had assigned us ground floor rooms but at the very, very end of the North wing and none of them connecting or together. Whoever had assigned us these rooms I'm sure thought they had given us great rooms because they weren't charging us for ground floor and we would have had a great view of the water/castle/ducks. They really were too far away for my mother to "herd" her young children while she was in a chair. They switched us to the 2nd floor very near the tower. Two of the rooms were connecting and one was down the hall. They were kind and really did try to work with us. Next time I will be sure to say which request is more important
