How often does RSR open on time?

I've read several times that RSR takes longer to get up and running due to al the safety checks. How often is it up and ready for Early Entry?

We were there over LD weekend and 3 of the 3 days, it was open when the park opened (two were EMH days, the other there was no EE at all). However, two of the three days, it broke down after about an hour - just after the regular park opening - and was down for about two hours each time. I love RSR but it sure is a cranky ride.
