How often do you come on the DIS forum?

Do you come on more if you are planning a holiday because it make come quicker. :rotfl2:

Do you stay off if you have no holiday planned. :scared:

I know I don't come on as much as I don't have a holiday planned and it makes me very sad.:scared:

This is the first time since 2007 that I do not have a trip planned (as in booked) for more than a month, if that. Although admittedly there is one planned.

I don't get on here nearly as much as I used to and it really comes down to the pace of life I suppose. I spend less time on trip planning forums now and have been spending more time on other sections of the DIS. So yes, I spend less time now than I used to on here and also seem to read more and post very little.

I am an infrequent WDW visitor but I read the boards every day. I don't always log in unless I want to make a comment.

There used to be a lot more chat on the community board than there is these days, though. :(

most days-i'm rather addicted! :rotfl:

it certainly keeps the magic alive. :goodvibes

happily we do have another trip booked-although it's not til august :)

i understand your pain-as i'm sure others do also-:flower3:

I am usually on the boards every day but then I kind of have to, to keep an eye on things (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :rotfl:).

I find it harder to get into the threads if I don't have a trip coming up (not that there are many times when I'm NOT planning a trip ;)) but I still like to offer advice to those who are planning.

I agree the community board is v quiet these days :-(

I look at the UK threads most days but I don't post much :-()

BUT we are booked for next year - 3days at AMI and 7 days DxDDP at the Yacht Club so some serious planning ahead - still to book flights & a few nights in the Keys.

I flit in and out of the boards (well the uk planning and community ones, steer well clear of the USA ones) starting at around about 2pm until about 11pm. I also do not have a trip planned so don't spend much time looking. Must admit it has gone rather quiet at the moment. Like the community board as well but that is extremely quiet. :)

I only really go on uk trip planning. Come on lots when I have a trip planned, then not much at all straight after as I have the holiday blues! Then on and off until the next trip is being planned!

I usually come to check threads once or twice a day, the DIS has become a part of my morning routine!

I tend to check here, the UK Community board, Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies, Disney for Families and Disney Weddings & Honeymoons... but I only tend to post here and on the UK Community boards! The other boards, especially Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies can be a little... uh, what's the word?.... snipey?

I started using DIS three years or so ago when I was planning my first trip as a grown up with my brother, and sort of got addicted! I have to admit that I am using it more and more what with our first trip to WDW next year!

I really don't know what I'd do without this board - I'd be completely lost without the advice and support I've gained!

xx

When I have trip coming up I check the boards a lot. Over the years I have been so grateful for the advice given.
This year we will be going to the F&W there is always something new to enjoy.

When I am looking for a flight deal I am on here a couple of times a day because I know I will miss that great deal if I don't. Would never have seen the £415 Delta deal for July so thank goodness I looked and saw the other posts.
The rest of the time I would say a few times a week. really enjoy reading all the live reports.

I am here more often if I have a Florida trip planned. But I am more of a reader. (or a lurker if you willl :))

I also love to read all the trip reports and photo's.

I find it really difficult to come on when I have the Disney Blues :rotfl: but the closer I get to a trip I find myself on more and more - at the moment it's daily! I lurk more than I post as everyone always has waaay more knowledge than I do! Plus my DBF is the planner so he asks all the questions! Glad I'm not the only one who can't come on as much when there's no upcoming trip :rotfl2:

I check in every couple of days because I'm planning a trip to WDW in January so am looking for tips and hints etc. I tend to check in fairly regularly anyway though because the crowd here are pretty cool.

I would pretty much be the same as you :rotfl2: Its like routine to have a "snoop" see whats been happening :rotfl2: keep up to date with the Disney goings on! Would absolutely be lost with out it, have learned so much from everyone here :grouphug:

I find I post less when I've got the Disney blues. I do read more or less everyday though, the DIS is excellent for boring lunch breaks. ;)

Every day multiple times having an app on my phone makes it too easy to check.

I agree that the community side is a lot quieter these days but think may be a lot of OT posts appear in this section thy could liven up the community side of things x

Facebook's to blame! most of the regulars on the community board don't post anymore. one example of this is the xmas exchange list used to have well over 40 people on it, this year only 8 :worried:
