How Much Vacation Do You Get?

I have 5 weeks of vacation, 80 hrs personal time, and 240 hrs (6 weeks) of sick time, which is the max for paid sick.

Currently none. I've done mostly hourly contract type work and any time I'm not working (including holidays) are unpaid. At my last salaried job, there was "unlimited" vacations time. Many people were workaholics there, however, and I think they took less time off with that policy than a set number of weeks of vacation.
