How much to space out TS meals?

We have a reservation for the Bon Voyage breakfast at 8.50am. We will then be going to Hollywood Studios and have a reservation for Mama Melrose Fantasmic package at 1.55pm. We only have the Mama Melrose booking because we want the Fantasmic tickets (and the kids like pizza but there are plenty of other places for that too). Is this too many big meals too close together? Or would it be fine? We are on the dining plan so the cost isn't a big issue, though I know we would have tips to pay.

I think a five hour gap is good, especially since the first one is breakfast. :)

my rule of thumb is 6 hours between start times. That worked out really well on my last trip, by 7 hours we were STARVING and 5 hours was not quite enough time, but it wasn't bad... just wasn't as hungry/ready as I was at 6 hours. If that's the only time you can get, I'd keep it because it won't be terrible. I just find 6 to be ideal.

I did two TS a day every day with DxDDP last trip and tried to keep it to 6 but we had a few more like 5 and one that was more like 7.

Those meals are a bit close together but could be okay as long as you don't eat anything (at all) in between the two meals. We typically eat two table service meals per day: breakfast and dinner. Skipping lunch and just having a snack where the missing meal would be, it's just the right amount of food. In your case, the missing meal is dinner, so I recommend having an evening snack instead of another meal.

I recommend keeping these ressies for now, but trying to get further apart times, if possible.

I usually leave 6-8 hours between TS meals, but we don't eat breakfast so that's time between a full lunch (DxDDP, so appetizers too) and full dinner. You's probably be okay with slightly closer spacing between breakfast and lunch.

Not for me - four hours is even fine but my husband stays full longer, so it’s really very subjective!

It would be too much for us. We have tried it, but we never eat much on round 2. We have only been successful with breakfast and dinner the same day. BUT that is just us. ;)

Usually if I do 2 table services in one day then I do breakfast and dinner. We usually won’t eat much for lunch when we do that. Usually just grab a snack because they give you so much food
