How much time?

We are staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites Anaheim and will have a rental car from Dollar. We are flying out of LAX at 11:45am on a Wednesday in August. Should we leave earlier than 7am to catch our flight?

Domestic or international? We are from Canada and always try to be at the airport 3 hr b4 the flight. Not anywhere near an expert on the traffic at that time of day but I would say leave abit earlier. I know its a drag to waste time in an airport but you never know.

I'm sure others (locals) much more familiar with traffic patterns will give you a more in depth answer.

I would check google maps for a few days at that time before you make your decision. LA traffic can be bad and there can always be an accident that slows you down, but thus will give you a good idea.

We live in Canada, but will be flying domestic to Detroit.
