how much lead time on a small bday surpise?

I'm assuming I can wait until I get to the GF and call in-room dining to arrange a small bday cake and (hopefully) balloons for DN's 6th bday. Am I right? We are not staying concierge, so I don't really know who I would contact about this anyway. What about signed photos of Minnie? DD has received this once at GF as a surprise (after a small problem at check-in; they were so thoughtful!) and once at AKL when we stayed concierge -) Any experts know who I would ask about this? It doesn't seem to be the sort of thing you can purchase...Anyway, what I really want to know is whether I can wait until we check in to order cake and balloons. We check in 3 days before her bday.

Hi! We are celebrating my DD's 13th birthday and when I called to make PS the CM told me a cake could be ordered with 48hrs. notice.

Here are 2 numbers that were given to me for ordering cakes -
407-560-4844 or 407-938-4720. I do not know who these numbers belong too - bakery etc. but it could be a place to start,

Since you are staying at GF - call their bakery. What about the Cinderella Slipper as a special surprise? It could be delivered at dinner. I found out about it on these boards - do a search and I know pics were posted - it is different and looks yummy!
