How much is your 2013 WDW vacation going to cost you?

January 26-February 2 2013
2 Adults

Flight (direct from Green Bay) $780
POP Century with 5 day tickets and Dining Plan $ 1518.50
Total = $ $2,298.50

7 nights in a 1 bedroom at BWV (we are DVC members so I'm not sure how one would figure out that cost of the stay)
2 premium annual passes with DVC discount - $399 x 2 = $798
Food - we will purchase TiW and pay out of pocket so we will see
Transportation - driving, cost of gas to be determined. Hotel, approx $200 (one night each way)
Misc. - not much, we buy very few souvenirs at this point because we already have a house full of disney :goodvibes

Ressies June 5th through 15th using the V92 code at Pop Century. 9 day park hoppers plus regular dining for two adults and two children (ages 9 and 5) came to $4544.10  This includes travel insurance of $150. Too excited though!

We have only booked our flights, so the MYW package is based upon today's search - should be booking in the next couple of weeks, as we make ADR's Nov. 30th! :cheer2:
Dates: 5/28/13 - 6/7/13 (10 nights/11 days)
Who's Going: 2 Adults, 2 Children (8 and 5, turning six during our stay)
Resort: POR, royal guest room, garden view, dining plan, 9 day park tickets, no hoppers, no water park and more, $5368.32 (no discounts as of yet)
Airfare: RT from Omaha via Delta $1666.44 (this includes travel insurance)

Grand Total: $7034.76 :scared1: Really hoping for a GREAT discount, as our budget is supposed to be around $6000! :tink:

Woot! Got the Visa discount which brought our package down to $4500! (not exact, but close) So, back into budget! Plus, we have already earned about $150 in Visa rewards!

2 adults, 1 child

3 Flight Tix Buffalo to Orlando $640 return

Shuttle airport to Marriott - free

Airport Marriott Springhill Suites Feb 25 (MegaBonus free night voucher) - includes free breakfast

Shuttle Marriott to Disney ME - free

Boardwalk Inn Feb 26 to March 4, 6 Day Park Tix with Hopper, Reg. Dining Plan - $4000

Breakfast items for room - $60

Cab to Airport Marriott - $40 (?)

Airport Marriott Springhill Suites March 4 (MegaBonus free night voucher) - includes free breakfast

Tips and souvenirs ~$400

Total ~$5000

ps. full day at parks Feb 26 and March 4... so 7 full days at disney, 6 nights at BWI

Let's see, one trip May 8-19 and one Oct 22- Nov 4.

DVCers so "$0" cost for the rooms
PAPs holders that are already active so "$0" for admissions
Food, we usually go with some sort of dining plan and depending on how much we have in Disney visa rewards will determine that cost
And flights only bought for May trip so far is less than $700 for 3 of us

So far so good I'm thinking!

Debating our hotels as so many offsite choices that are reasonable but southwest vacations has some good prices that make me want to spend a little more to stay on disney.

thanks to these boards for all the info. will post our final buy.

For us (me, DH, 5 year old DD and 1 year old DS): we are going 3/6-3/13 staying POFQ with the spring special play, stay and dine. Upgraded to deluxe dining. 6 day passes. $3617 without flight. We had a prior trip booked that we cancelled so we had the Southwest refund to use so the flights didn't cost us much out of pocket (about $100).

$374 my share of room
$537 2 5 days base tickets DD12 and I

I am updating Trip #1 as I decided to add a couple days to our January vacation.

Trip 1
January 2013
7 nights - Sarasota Springs Resort - 1 bedroom
2 nights - Pop Century - Standard Room

SSR cost - $954 (RCI trade so I included my maintenance fee of $680+rci fee of $189 and disney fee of $95)
Pop Century - $184

Party - 1 adult and 1 child

Tickets - Basic 7 day pass (no hoppers) - $594.

Food - $500 Food (This is on the high side. We will eat out at few favorite spots but mostly eat in the villa as Disney food gets old real fast... IMHO)

Gas - $250 round trip from NC.

$75 in souveniors (I am not much of a shopper but I usually give my son $50 a trip to spend)

Total estimate for trip: $2,557

Trip #2 (Planning stage)

Time - Aug 2013 7 nights

Resort - (Based on DVC availability in order on "would like")
Bay Lake Tower, Wilderness Lodge, or Beach Club

Room Type - Studio (no rci trade this time )

Cost - Renting points and need approx 120 - 123 points at $11 pt = approx $1320-1350

Party - 1 adult and 1 child

Tickets - Basic 5 day pass (no hoppers) - $530. This might be less days as we like to take it slower in the summer and have more full resort days enjoying the pool. Always hoping for Yes Program tickets and this should save me $200.

Food - $400 Food -(This might go up a bit since will not have a full kitchen but at $55+ a day this will still be plenty. We will eat out one meal a day and eat in for breakfast and lunches)

Gas - $250 round trip from NC.

$75 in souveniors (I am not much of a shopper but I usually give my son $50 a trip to spend)

Total estimate for trip: $2,605

3 nights BCV on rented points= $676
7 day park hoppers with Water Parks= $753
1 day 1 park pass to Universal= $183
Round trip flights non-stop from SFO= $715

Without adding in food costs or other misc purchases, we're at $2900. Eek! :) it's worth it though!

Im from the UK, so my £s to $s are a bit of guess with current exchange rates.

Date of Trip: 29th July - 12th August
Resort: Animal Kingdom Lodge (but only standard car park view)
Group: My (will be) husband and I (its our honeymoon)
Tickets: Have currently purchased 14 day park hopper and discovery cove/seaworld tickets (still need universal tickets)
Dining Plan: Disney Dining Plan (was free when we booked)

At the moment this has cost us about £5800 or $9000.

I am planning on taking about £2000/$3000 spending money, and there are other bits and pieces I want to get aswell such as PhotoPass, La Nouba tickets, Blue Man group tickets. :)

You really should look into annual passes, since you have two trips in 9 months.

We got our trip updated w/ the Disney visa promotion, so that helped...

7 nights Grand Floridian
8 day park hoppers
7 nights deluxe dining

Total : $ 5922.00

additional expenses : $ 780 (tips/gas/spending money)

all in all, we're pretty happy....we saved $ 909 with the discount and of the total amount, we're using alot of Disney Rewards dollars. So out of pocket, we're actually spending less than we did for our 2010 trip. Thank goodness for Disney Visa rewards!!! pixiedust:

Here it is

Pop Century Standard Room
2 adults and 2 Disney kids
14 Nights 8/18 to 9/1
10 myw with WP&M
Free QSDP
Total 3236.00

Still need to add air
We are thinking of upgrading to a moderate if we do that it will tack on 1000.00 to our total plus tips. It seems like alot so we may just pay OP for a couple of TS meals. But then again that is for 2 full weeks.

8 nights BCR GV, 8 day tix $4085 (spring visa promo)
Flights ...not booked yet but probably $500-800 plus some points
Food $1000-1200 (just a guess)
Dog sitter $200

---------$5800 give or take a few hundred $
