Can anyone tell me what resorts have exercise facilities? Does anyone know how much extra it is to use the facilities if the resort we stay at doesn't have one? And is it worth it?
Thanks!!

I know that Coronado Springs has one, I used it a few years ago (it was free). I can't answer the rest of your questions, but can say that you get a lot of exercise walking the parks...especially if you are pushing a stroller. I've never gained weight on a visit...and I've had my share of desserts while there (I constantly struggle with weight).

I've only used the exercise facilities when I've stayed at CSR and YC, so they were at no charge.

With all the walking we do at WDW, when we had free dining in September/October 2006, I lost 12 lbs! And I ate a lot! :)

Apparently just walked more than I ate. Now if only I could apply that to daily life... ;)

BC/YC and BW from my experience both have exercise facilities. Don't quote me on the names, but I believe it's Ship Shape ...... for BW and Muscles & Bustles for BC/YC :confused3. It's been free for a couple of years now with valid resort ID. So, is it worth it? Can't complain about the price. :thumbsup2

If your staying at a Resort with a gym there is no cost to work out. Just show them your KTTW card and write your name down on the sign in sheet.
