Last year, on our first trip, we only went to more than one park on one day. Just curious other's experience on park hopping. Do you hop around to see different things at different parks or do you mainly do one park a day?

Depending on how long our vacation is, we park hop every day we aren't in the Magic Kingdom. Usuallu, it's MGM to EPCOT, or AK to MGM. We like to be in EPCOT at night for Illuminations more than once.

In the past, since our DD was younger, we only hopped a few days out of 7, just because all the running around seemed inconvenient to do every day. This year, though, since she'll be 7, we're planning to do more hopping to get the best of certain parks on certain days. :sunny:

Last time we were there we didn't hope that much or maybe not at all, but this time we're planning on hopping most of the time. Partly because of dinner reservations.

We hop every day except the day we do the ws at epcot. That takes a whole day! :cool1:

We always get the hopper passes! On the day we did Chef Mickey for breakfast, we hopped on the monorail and went to Epcot. After going back to the room for lunch, we went to MK. One day, we went to MGM in the morning, met everyone @ the room for lunch, went back to MGM and then to Epcot. Especially, if you do the night shows, the hopper comes in handy. I love to hop!!

We always get the hopper, but we only end up hopping one day per trip. I feel like I can't not get them because what if we want to hop? Although I plan out our days, if it rains or if there is an extra showing of Wishes, then I want to be able to change my mind and hop to a different park.

We always get hopper tickets. But Usually we do a whole day for Epcot and a WHole day for MK, we do AK till it closes and hop on over to MGM for the rest of the day. On every trip of our's we try to have one day (Usually our last day) where we just park hop all day from park to park riding rides we missed or want to ride again, watching parades, just checking out all our favorite attraction one more time and getting to those we missed.

We hop all the time. Most days it's one park in the morning and another in the evening. On the last day of our trip, it's always all four parks.

First Trip we completely WASTED our park hopper and only hopped once for illuminations because we figured if we didn't we would have wasted alot of money

We hop on every day of our trip. AK days are always hopping days due tot he fact that the park closes so early. It's so easy to hop to EPCOT from MK or MGM that we almost always end up doing that as well. But, we've been to WDW a number of times. We know what we want to do and what we want to skip. We know how to get around the parks and use the transportation system. If we didn't, the chances are pretty good that we would probably stay in one park for the entire day.

On our last trip we hopped everyday. On the last day we went to 3 different parks - just to do some of the rides we missed. I like the option to hop - just in case one of the parks is crowded. We usually go to a park during the day that doen't have EMH and then go to the park that does at night. :teeth:

We hop some days and not others. The AK is always a hopping day. Also, we like to do EMH and then leave that park for another.

We hop everyday. We always arrive at one park each morning at opening and try to do all the big rides before it gets really crowded. We eat lunch at our am park and then head back to our resort for several hours of swimming and/or naps. (The grown-ups appreciate the naps more than the kids). Fully refreshed, we head out in the evening to a different park, mainly to see the parade and/or fireworks. The plan is certainly not original, but it sure works for our family!

We can do it either way. Before the MYW tix we hopped quite a bit. The last couple of trips we saved money by not getting the hopping option. and we haven't missed hopping.

We hop hop hop all day long hop hop hop 'til the day is done!
