We just moved into our new neighborhood a month ago. Its a fairly large one, with kids of all ages. I just went to buy candy for Halloween and think I have enough to feed a small army. I just didn't know how much to buy! I hate running out. I just got completely flustered and kept adding bag after bag to my cart.

Every kid in this neighborhood better come by! LOL!

How much do you buy?

I buy about three bags. Of my favorites. lol If they don't come by, I don't mind.
LOL, I always over do things like this. I would make sure I had enough for an army so I wouldn't leave anyone out.

We bought 2 big bags of mixed candy at Costco. We always over buy! DH loves to give out big FISTFULS of Candy. Maybe with the 31st falling on a Friday we'll get lots of kids this year.

I buy at least 8 regular bags of candy, not the big ones. I also buy a couple bags of lollipops. I buy them when they are on sale from late September through the end of October. That way the cost is not a complete shock. We will go through most of it too. Our neighborhood is full of kids. Any leftovers go to work!

we don't buy too many..about 2 or 3 bags..not that we don't want to give any out but we are usually out w/ our kids getting candy..when we get home there is about an hr left for trick or treating and we don't get many kids by then...we live on a military facility and they give set times for trick or treating...I'm not too sure how it's done outside though
