How much food money for a 5-Day trip per person?

We are planning a 5 day trip to the world. How much money should each of us bring for food/snacks? This will be my first time paying for my own food so I'm kind of in the dark about amounts.

The amount varies so much depending on if you want counter service, sit down meals, character meals or fine dining. So I can't tell you an amount. But you can go to www.wdwig.com and check out the menus with prices and see what you think you might order. This would give you an idea of how much you might need. Good Luck!

Princesstimes2 gave you very good advice...

If you are speaking of food, regular beverages and snacks only...$50 per person per day could be very generous...I would "plan" on that amount....and then spend the leftover $...(you should definitely have quite a bit)...on some fun things.

PS....Eat breakfast in your room...or bring bagels, Pop Tarts, etc..and use the food court microwave....a definite budget tip.
Also....get the refillable mugs at your resort...$10.99 plus tax...very budget conscious....
