How much farther is Encantata than Windsor Hills?

Does anyone know, from experience rather than Mapquest, how much farther Encantata Resort is from the Magic Kingdom parking lot than is Windsor Hills? Looking for real drive time, not number of miles.

About 5 - 7 min. longer than Windsor Hills depending on traffic.

I did not realize there was that much difference between them.
When I mapquest it, it said it's only about 11 minutes to the MK.
Is that really accurate?
I read another post that said you have to access Encantata from 192, and you cannot get in from Funie Steed road. Is that correct?

It's maybe 11 minutes to the parking lot to MK on a good day with green lights but it will take another 15 or 20 to get into the park itself from the parking lot.
Yes, Encantada can only be accessed from 192 and not Funie Steed.
