Can you please help me out?
We are going to DWD in Nov, and we need a way to get to Universal I think we are going to stay at Port Orleans waterview I see you said to use the mears bus and that its $18 round trip. Can you please tell me how it works? How do I make res. and where do they pick you up from and drop you off.

At least a day before you want to go to Universal, dial "0" from your in-room phone. Ask the Operator to connect you to Mears. Once connected, tell the rep where you want to go and when. That person will take your payment if you're charging, or tell you how to pay if using cash. They'll also tell you where and when to wait for the shuttle at your resort. Be there a few minutes early - maybe ten, so you don't miss it. The driver will drop you off at the USF Hub and give you vouchers for the return trip, and instructions for your return trip.
