How much did DVC points cost when you bought?

$51 in Jan 92, thanks to Clarry Trice and Gail Hayden in the old Prodigy travel board.

$62.75 for the first 210 points at OKW purchased in July 1995.
$56.00 for the 230 point resale at OKW purchased in late 1999.
(although if you figure in the closing costs, it was closer to $58)

Like many others, my only regret is that I didn't buy more points sooner, although the resale experience in 1999 helped ease some of the pain of the initial purchase.

Did I mention that my resale had all of the 1999 points intact when I purchased it.

My original contract in 1996 was at $62.75 a point but all my add ons if you include magical beginnings, came to about $48 a point with a cm discount. if i'd have bought a little sooner, would have got the passes. i thought it was for rich people, lol.

Had to pull out my old docs. Our bill of sale was for May 31, 1994 and it was $59. Of course with the tickets included it was a steal even then. Especially, since our add-on at BCV is at $75.

bought 210 points because that was what we were told was the minimum. I guess it went up from 190 for a while before it dropped to 150.
