3 cups - I use a large mug at home before I move! Then another cup at wrk. I count the LARGE mug as at least 2 cups

I try to let myself have 1 cup a day. If I'm really needing comfort (coffee is very comforting to me), I drink 3-4 cups a day throughout the day.
