How many times do you call WDW DIning to get your dream adr? LOL.

So I'm going to Disney this March/April. THis is my first time using ADR (besides praying someone cancels on the board and lets me have their ADR). How often do you call? Give my good luck stories and Let down stories lol. I'm trying for CRT for breakfast or lunch but didn't know how often I should call Disney dining? Once a day? Every other day? Every hour lol?

Same here. We booked a last-minute trip Mar. 15-22 (DH has a conference). I managed to get Akershus for lunch, but I would LOVE to take DD to CRT just the two of us. She doesn't even know about CRT! I've been calling a couple of times a week (no good though, though!).

I'm trying to get Chef Mickey's for dinner any night of our trip without luck and have been calling 2-3 times a day when I think about it. Still no luck hoping as we get closer it will open up!

I was calling about 4-5 times a day for lunch at CRT over memorial day weekend. I was planning on being in it for the long haul....but luckily, within a week I found an opening. (But I'm obsessive like that).

I've tried waiting for a CRT for dinner to open up before. I called every day. One day, the cm said - one opened up! I've always had good luck getting in. The main reason is the pre-payment. No one wants to pay for something and not be reimbursed if they don't show so people actually cancel this adr if they can't or don't want to go.

One year I didn't realize I'd be in WDW for Mother's Day. About 5 days before, I found out - scheduled the trip - and wanted to have the special mom's day brunch that is held at Epcot. No luck. So two days before (when the cut-off for cancellations were), I called right at 7 am and presto - someone had just cancelled and we got it.

Now LeCellier is a different story. It never seems to open up! We've had terrible luck with adrs there!

I call every day until I get my ADRs exactly the way I want.

I've been calling every day for two weeks looking for an early dinner at Chef Mickey on May 13th, but no dice. The earliest they have is 8:50pm!!! yikes!

I guess I'll keep trying!!
