How many Poly concierge staff members

Hello,

During my upcoming trip Mom & I will be staying at Poly concierge for the first time. Being a newbie to the concierge level, I was hoping someone might be able to answer a question for me. I've noticed on these boards that DISers mention that they give the concierge staff little gifts to show their appreciation for the help given during their stay. I was thinking of putting together little gift bags with things from the states that Mom & I are from. What I need to know is if anyone can give me an estimate of about how many I will need? Since I have never been to concierge I am unsure of how many helpful staff members I will come across.

I never thought of gifts.Thats a very good idea.How much do you usually tip the concierge staff?Which ones and when?Thanks
