I have 3,025. I haven't seen anything I've really wanted, so I've been holding out on using them right away. I'm a LONG way away from anything I really want.

We charge any big item to rack up points and then pay the bill in full when it arrives from Chase Visa, We even pre-bought our 10 day park hopper tickets (4 adult tickets) - earning points.

Over the last 2 years we have racked up $1049 disney dollars.
We plan to go back to WDW Easter 2010 - when no discounts are normally available and prices are a bit higher (peak rates).

So what are we doing with our Disney Reward dollars ?
We are using them for our 2010 WDW vacation and will apply them to our resort/ddp package.

If we can save up to $2000 in Disney Reward dollars - then our 14 night POFQ with DDP would only cost us about $3000, And if we could swing the CR with DDP - it would cost us about $6000.

Great way to give us our own discount. Please see below:

POFQ w/DDP = $357 / day or $90/day per person for room and food
If we apply the $2K reward $'s to POFQ w/ DDP = $214/day or $54/day per person for room and food.

CR w/DDP = $571 /day or $143/day per person for room and food
If we apply the $2K reward $'s to CR w/ DDP = $429/day or $107/day per person for room and food.

Basically if we could save up to $2K in reward dollars - we would be giving ourselves our own Free DDP
