Very excited! 56 days! Just booked today for daughter and myself. I haven't been since 2015 and she hasn't been since 2011. Staying for 6 nights of relaxation....we've been through some stuff...so it will be most welcome.
119...Okay, after much mulling over, I decided to cancel our reservation at the CCV Cabins. I initially booked it as a surprise for DH to celebrate his 70th birthday during our December trip. I just had a hard time justifying it when I wanted to do parks those 2 days anyway and possibly a party. My feeling is if I do decide to break down and do the cabins someday, I would want to spend most of that time actually IN the cabin. It also helps that a GF Resort Studio TPV popped up for 3 nights and also 4 nights in a 1 BR Savanna View at AKV Kidani just when I signed in last night. It's serendipitous that both resorts and the room types I initially wanted just popped up at the same time. I haven't even mentioned that I had the Cabin reservation to DH and if I do I'll wait until we arrive. He may be happier not to have to pay $1500 for a stay at GDT because those 2 nights at CCV Cabins were 202 points alone. Now, we can stay the entire trip without paying extra for accommodations. Maybe someday I'll bite the bullet but this coming trip wasn't it.
