We will be at US/IOA the 1st weekend in Oct. There will be 5 of us(2A,3C-9,7,and2), we will be baby swapping for most of the rides. Do we need the passes for all of us or just the 2 or 3 that go on 1st? How does the baby swapping work at US/IOA as compared to WDW? Thanks.
