When I was there in April only 4/6 of the gantry lifts were running. I noticed checking wait times this morning that the wait was only 20 minutes… is it at full capacity now?

To note, there are only three gantry lifts. They each load at both the top and bottom - they can load at one station while the other is running the ride sequence. So, it will always be the case that if one shaft is down two loading stations will be closed. I do not know what it is running right now, but it seems like every time I have been there over the past several years, one of the shafts was out of service.
That would be great if all 3 are consistently running again. The line is SO painful, even with LLMP, that we often skip the ride altogether. It seems like a minimum investment of 30-45 minutes even under the best circumstances when one elevator shaft is down. Getting all 3 back will really help.

Yeah, because even with LL, the merge point is before the old "boiler room" and that part of the line can take a very long time. You'd think with three shafts and six loading stations it would be faster than the WDW model with two shafts and four loading stations, but in my experience, the WDW version goes faster.
