How many Disney cards have you bought at Target

I'm a little confused about this redcard debit card. Do youget the 5% off instantly at the register or is it credited back to my account at a later date?

OTOH, if you happen to live in NY/NJ, you won't be able to take advantage of any of these offers -- in other words, fuhgettaboutit...

In NJ you can take advantage of perscription drug incentives (free gift cards, etc.) if you are either over age 62 or 65. It's in all the fine print on the coupons.

Some people in NJ get out of that rule if they work in PA. They go to the closest drug store near work- get the incentives- and go about their day.

You are correct, if you are paying for insurance from BCBS, and other providers, you should be able to get the "perks" that go with having your prescription filled at a pharmacy of your choosing.

I think Target (and others) are referring to prescription programs that are known by the public to be federally-funded, such as Medicare/Medicaid (for seniors/low income families), and Tricare (U.S. Military).

I knew about Tricare (we have that now too in addition to BCBS) and Medicare. It just sounded like any insurance program paid for by the government was not eligible for the perks and the government pays 75% of our health insurance premium for BCBS.
